Ilya sold my mom's condo in West Palm Beach. It was a most difficult sale for a few reasons. The new Florida regulations concerning multi-floor condo buildings and the associations that run them, have many people scared to buy a unit. Ilya guided me through these new changes. We had a buyer fall through because of a lazy HOA board. Had to deal with a BS moving company because that buyer wanted the furnished unit UNfurnished.
